This role within TCL involves leading small teams within projects on a client site. The Team Leader works within the framework defined by the Test Manager and the SMaRT methodology.

Some of the key responsibilities of a TCL Test Team Leader are:

• Development of Test Specifications
• Assist in the design, configuration and maintenance of Test Environments
• Development of Test Scripts
• Execution of Test Scripts
• Fault Management
• Update and maintain risks and issues registers
• Quality reviews.
