TCL Test Managers lead project teams on clients' sites using the SMaRT and Prince2 methodologies.

Some of the key responsibilities of a TCL Test Manager are:

  • Development of Project Plans and Testing Strategies
  • Design, configuration and planning of Test Environments
  • Implementation of Test Methodology within project
  • Project Team Management
  • Project Resourcing
  • Co-ordination and Management of third-party suppliers
  • Quality Assurance of all deliverables.
